Purebred Great Pyrenees Litter! in Clarinda, Iowa For Sale

We are expecting puppies!!! They should be born around the middle of September, and will be ready to go home around the middle of November. We are a family farm in southwest Iowa, and we love Great Pyrenees! Our Pyrs are full time workers and guardians, and they have been a game changer for our farm. We have not lost a single animal to a predator since we have had them! We don't even shut our chickens in at night! They are a loyal, smart, and hardworking breed that we have found to be an indispensable asset to the farm or homestead. Our puppies are born in the barn or pasture (depending on the season) with their mother, and raised with both parents until they go to their new homes. This acts to turn on their guardian instincts. They are exposed to a variety of farm animals in their time here. The puppies are also handled, and around our small children to ensure the gentle nature that is a trademark of the breed. The parents, Sheriff and Sally, are both from a long line of working farm guardians, and are excellent at what they do. They don't even allow a buzzard to fly over our farm! They are very aware of "normal" here, and are sure to alert us if ANYTHING is out of place. We get an alarm bark when the cows are out, and they fully handle the situation if any animal is in danger. This is a very versatile breed, and we have placed puppies in homes where they are 100% of the time out as a guardian, where they are family pets/guardians, and where they are fully indoors as pets! This litter is priced at $750. We ask for $250 as a non-refundable deposit via paypal, and the remaining $500 in cash at pick up. We reserve puppies in order of deposit. Purchase of a puppy includes first shots given, up to date on worming, a sample of the food that your puppy is used to so that the switch is gentle of his/her stomach, and a health record card to show your vet everything that the puppy has received and when.
